Originating from the lush landscape of Sri Lanka, Ceylon Tea is celebrated globally for its rich flavor, aroma and unique character. The island's varied topography and climates give rise to distinct flavor profiles across its seven tea-growing regions.

Nuwara Eliya

Known as the "Champagne of Ceylon Tea," Nuwara Eliya teas are light and delicate with a fragrant, floral aroma due to the region's cool climate and high elevation.

Dimbula

Located in the western hills, Dimbula teas are full-bodied, especially in the first quarter of the year. The monsoonal climate imparts a distinctive balance of strength and character.

Uda Pussellawa

Teas from Uda Pussellawa feature a rosy

hue and balanced taste with mild astringency, influenced by the region’s high rainfall and cool climate.

Sabaragamuwa

Also a low-country region, Sabaragamuwa teas are full-bodied with a sweet, caramel-like aroma and a darker liquor, offering a distinctive taste.

Uva

Famous for their strong, pungent character, Uva teas offer a unique aromatic profile shaped by the seasonal winds through the region’s slopes.

Kandy

Producing bold, brisk teas with a full-bodied flavour, Kandy’s mid-elevation gardens yield traditional teas with a distinctive malty quality.

Ruhuna

Grown in the low country, Ruhuna teas are dark and strong, reflecting the warmer climates and lower elevations with a robust, full-flavoured profile.
